Return & Refund Policy

Due to COVID, we DO NOT EXCHANGE or REFUND products. Our #1 priority is the safety of our customers. 

Defective products

If you believe you have a defective product, contact us immediately within 3 days of delivery. Send photos of the defective product to our email at [email protected]. In the event that a product is determined to be defective by a manufacturer error or defective materials, we will EXCHANGE the product as needed, we DO NOT provide refunds.

Items MUST be unworn, unwashed and have original tags attached. MUST be free of wear, i.e stains, makeup, and deodorant.

Please be aware defective exchanges can take up to 21 business days from the time we receive the exchange and approve your product for restock. 

We are NOT liable for any returned packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep proof of postage and/or tracking number when shipping back your returns.
